Did the Iblis become an Angel? - Tafsīr of Ahmad al-Hassan Fails!

When Ahmad al-Hassan was asked: Is Iblis from the angels or from the Jinn? He answered: Iblis (la) is from the Jinn, but as a result of his worship, he rose in rank until he had become from the Angels, as Jinn rise in rank by their worship and obedience to Allah, until they become Angels. [...] That is why the Quran would sometimes mention Iblis as an Angel.(1)

Now, if we refer to the Tafsīr of Ahl al-Bayt (as) we will found out, that the Angels thought that he [Iblīs] was one of them, but he [Iblīs] was not one of them.

{And when We said to the angels: Make obeisance to Adam they did obeisance, but Iblis [did it not]. He refused and he was proud, and he was one of the unbelievers.}(2) - Imam Ja’far (as) said: [...] "Allah (swt) commanded to the Angels to bow to the Adam, and this order also applied to Iblis. Iblis was with the Angels in the heaven, and worshiped Allah and the Angels thought that he was one of them, but he was not one of them.'' - ''When Allah ordered to the Angels to bow to Adam, what was in the heart of Iblis came out - from the envy, and then the angels knew that he was not one of them.'' [...] The Imam (as) was asked: "How the order of Allah to bow to the Adam could apply to the Iblis, if he was not of the Angels?" He (as) said: "Iblis was in the army of the Angels, but was not created out of their nature, and it is because Allah created the creation before Adam and Iblis was among them the king of the Earth. But they disobeyed and began to make mischief and shed blood, and Allah sent Angels, and they killed them, and took Iblis to the sky, and he worshiped Allah with the Angels until Allah created Adam."

Ahmad al-Hassan [himself] and his Anṣār [helpers] claim, that 'Dabbat al-Arḍ'(1) is Ahmad al-Hassan and that he shares this title with Imam Ali (as) but if we refer to the Tafsīr al-Qummī, then we will see, that only Imam Ali (as) is 'Dabbat al-Arḍ'.

{And when the word [of judgement] falls upon them, We shall bring out for them a beast from the earth who shall speak to them that the people had no faith in Our signs.}(2) - Imam Ja’far (as) said: "Once the Messenger of Allah (saww) came to Amirul Momineen (as) while the latter was asleep in the mosque; he had made a heap of sand and rested his head on it. The Prophet (saww) shook his leg and said: "O Daabbatullaah! Get up!" A companion who witnessed this asked, "O Messenger of Allah (saww)! Shall we address each other with this name?" He replied, "No, by Allah it is restricted only for him [Ali] and he is the Daabba that Allah has mentioned in His book…"

Not only does Ahmad al-Hassan claim to be an Imām from Ahl al-Bayt (as) but he also claims to be the ''Crucified Lookalike'' of ʿĪsā al-Masīḥ (as). If we refer to the book: Tafsīr al-‘Askarī, we can read the following:

[Imām al-‘Askarī (as) said]: {and strengthened him with the holy spirit} and he is Jibrīl [in this verse], and he [Jibrīl] lifted him [ʿĪsā al-Masīḥ] up into the sky from his house, and gave the likeness of his (as) face to the one who intended to kill him (as) - and they said: 'He is al-Masīḥ!'

Objection:

Content of this hadith [mentioned above] is contradictory because Jibrīl (as) is interpreted to be the ''Spirit''. While it has been mentioned by Imam al-Sadiq (as), that the ''Spirit'' is a creature of the creatures of Allah, greater than Jibrīl and Mika’il.

Response:

[...] Imām al-Riḍā (as) said: "Allah supported us with a holy - pure Spirit from Himself which is not an angel and it wasn't with any of the Prophets except Messenger of Allah (saww) and with the Imāms (as), it helps the Imāms (as) and it is a pillar [column] of light between us and Allah (swt).(1)
